Similarly, any glitch in the platform can cause data issues as well. Therefore, it is recommended that you always keep separate backups of the data available.

• Platform coding issues may cause differences in the attendance tracking, request approval, HRMS, onboard experience, and workmates system offered on the platform. It is advised to keep a manual record side by side as well.

• Server downtime and other maintenance requirements may make the platform inaccessible for varying lengths. In such a case, no compensation will be provided during the downtime.

• Tracking systems may change, including the analytical platforms, requiring a change in usage methods without previous communication.

Furthermore, 360HRIS does not assume responsibility for the actions of any employee or user on the platform. Using the platform places everyone to maintain moral standards and ethical directives of normal social conduct. In case of any breach, we may or may not take action against the accused.
